Sean Thompson

Sean Thompson grew up in Encinitas, CA and graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2015 with a degree in Biological Sciences. Prior to his matriculation to UC Irvine, he worked as Chief Scribe in the Santa Barbara Cottage Emergency Departments and was the President of UCSB's Dance Marathon, raising over $35,000 for Cottage Children's Hospital. He has also had the privilege of traveling to many places in his two gap years including Scandinavia, the Baltics, and backpacking from Paris to Budapest. Although he is unsure of what speciality he wishes to pursue, he desires to combine his love for traveling and medicine to work on a global scale. He is greatly looking forward to his time in Mojokerto and working to sustainably improve the health of the Indonesian population as a whole!
